Motherly love



Recipe for Baby Porcupines


Ingredients


1/2 cup rice

4 cloves

1/2 tsp salt

1 clove garlic

1 lb ground beef

/2 tsp oregano

1/2 tsp celery salt

1 Tbs minced onions

2 cups tomato juice

2 Tbs worcestershire sauce

2 Tbs green bell peppers finely chopped

Baby Porcupine Method

Start by mixing the rice, ground meat, onion, green pepper, salt, celery salt and garlic together well and form them into balls about 11/2 inches in diameter. In a skillet heat the tomato juice, cloves, oregano and worcestershire sauce and then add the meatballs. Cover tightly and simmer for 50 minutes. Remove cloves from the Baby Porcupine before serving. Put a tooth pick in each Baby Porcupine and serve as an appetizer to your visitors.
